It took about 3 months to arrive due to crisis. The product came very well packed, match the description. Apparently the flash is efficient, used only once so no telling if will give results.

I am pleased after my first use. I had used the Tria brand laser before, and based on that experience, I feel that heat penetrating as before and expect good results. The flash counter on the display was an unexpected bonus! It counts each flash used as you go. The exposure window is much much larger than the old Tria laser, so the work is less time consuming by far. I also like the inset exposure window because it helps the self user to know exactly where it is and avoid exposing tender spots one is working near. (I lost color by exposing a tattooed area with my Tria, it was impossible to know the exact edge of the exposure window on that machine)
