Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

The socks are light enough that they did not really both Scout too bad. By the second day he was fine with them and realized he was not slipping. Scout is about 16 years old with weak hips. I had spent a ton of money on other products that failed him. These socks were my ” This is it and if this doesn’t work I am done” purchase. I will be buying him more socks so we can change the socks for washing and he won’t have to be without. Great job Home Office!!

Unfortunately they do not stay aligned to the bottom of the paw, on carpet they keep rotating. Bottom of the socks rotates towards the top of the paw causing my dog to stumble and at times fall. No way to keep this from happening. I have used the enclosed Velcro strips no joy other wise product is decent. If I could figure out how to stop the socks from rotating I would change my rating to 5 stars!

Although a little tricky getting them on, once on they worked without a hitch. My dog didn’t even notice they were on and walked without any problem, inside and out. Prior to using them, she slid all over the hardwood floors and couldn’t get up without help.

My 12 year old Lab was already having trouble standing up on tile and hardwood floors. This got much, much worse when she was diagnosed with Idiopathic Vestibular Syndrome. Her legs would just not lift her up because she just couldn’t get a grip on the floor and because of the balance problems she was afraid to try. I tried the runner tread socks you can find at pet stores, boots that are made for snow, rubber boots. I taped them to her legs and they all still slid down and twisted. I saw the Grippers online and ordered two sets. Miraculous. The rubberized non-skid material surrounfpds the toe area so when the socks “revolve” it’s always a non-sid surface. And, that little Velcro band prevents the sock from sliding off. As she has improved these socks have made her life so much better. I can’t thank you enough.
