Best Non Slip Dog Socks
Please Contact Us for Sizing Assistance to Ensure the Best Fit for Your Dog
Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

Just received the Grippers last week for our 13 yr. old Sheltie with hind limb weakness and elbow arthritis. This is the third dog sock we have tried, and it is far and away the best. EVERY other brand we have tried twists and the gripping portion loses contact with the floor within five minutes. Not so with the Grippers. JJ has gained a lot of confidence and no longer falls on our tile and hardwood floors. Not all dogs adjust well to wearing socks, but if they are OK with them, try the Grippers. Great product and wonderful service!

My 15 year old schnauzer, Will, was having trouble on our laminate floors with slipping. The first size I ordered was too small, I contacted the company and they said if I donated the too small pair they would send me a new, bigger size free. Wonderful, I donated to our local shelter which were glad to receive them. Great doing business with a company that cares about pets and their welfare.

Hi Jane,
Sorry to hear but it sounds like a sizing issue. I am confident we can resolve. Please let us know your dog’s breed, weight and paw width so we can make sure you get the best size. There are also a few little tips we can give you that may help.
Thanks.

These grippers work great on my 11 pound Maltese ! she’s getting old so she can’t walk on the hardwood floors any longer, she would always slip and slide and these work wonderfully and she lets me even put them on because she knows it helps her!

These dog socks work as advertised. They provide good traction on slippery surfaces. I measured carefully but the first size was way too tight, even after the suggested stretching method was employed. (see video) I ordered the next size and they were a bit too sloppy, causing my old girl to trip a bit. I took the larger socks to seamstress and had her run a seam up the outside. This worked well and I use them on her rear legs with good results. Nice idea but too much trouble to make them a good choice..

My 17 year old Miniature Poodle loves her Grippers on my laminae floors. Otherwise she would slip – now she can run in the house.

This is our second set of grippers which are an excellent accessory for our elderly doggie who has trouble walking and standing on our hardwood floors. He wears them daily and is able to get around with relative ease…….Larry

I normally refuse to write reviews but this product is the best. Easy to put on – and they stay on. They provide sure footing on our tile floors. Willie sports them with pride. They’ve help put a bounce back in his stride.

Great overall. We use them on our pit bull. He weighs about 100lbs and has large, thick, tough nails. The only issue is that due to his weight and thick nails we go through them fairly quickly. But they are worth it because these socks have saved our newly refinished hardwood floors. I only wish we had bought them sooner before he could scratch them the way he did.
