Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

I ordered Grippers for my miniature pinscher, Winni, who has been dealing with a illness called GME for over a year now. One of the issues she’s been having due to the illness, is weakness in her hind quarters which has lead to her falling and slipping and being unable to pull herself up. When ordering, I wasn’t quite sure what size I should get for her so I emailed customer service. The response was quick and helpful. Once the socks were delivered, I was worried that they may be too small, so I emailed customer service again and was given a tip for putting the socks on to obtain the proper fit. Not only did this trick work, Winni adjusted to having the socks on her feet pretty much instantly even though she’s never worn any kind of socks or boots before. She’s been wearing the Grippers all evening and seems to have regained confidence when walking on my hardwood and tile floors. While many senior dogs would benefit from these socks, they’ve also helped my sick, middle-aged min pin. Absolutely wonderful product and company.

Customer service is super nice and the product is great. Unfortunately my dog as small front feet and larger back feet so I have to buy the next size up. Then I can make two full sets. She was very stable with them on and the texture and material seem very durable.

The owner is very helpful with the purchase. The socks is very good quality and she gave me a recycle pair for smaller size. Both sizes works but the problem is the socks does not seems to stay in place and slipping out after awhile.

A couple of years ago, my Staffordshire Bull Terrier suffered a spinal cord stroke, an FCE. She’s able to walk now, but drags her left feet. Without her Gripper Socks, she’d have open wounds on her feet which would lead to infection. There is little embellishment on the sock, so less threads on the inside of the sock to snag on toe nails. I’ve tried several brands and Grippers is by far the best.

Sadly, the reason my GSD was having trouble walking had to do with cancerous lesions on his spinal cord. I had bought the socks to help him walk on our hardwood floors. He became quadriplegic within a week 🙁 And now he has crossed the rainbow bridge.
Customer service is excellent and I would order from you again should the need arise.
