Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

Unfortunately, i was not impressed! My dobie practically walked right out of these socks. Tried tightening the velcro but still didn’t work. I wouldn’t purchase again.

My 12 year old corgi has a back issue causing him to drag his hind paws. The Gripper socks have allowed him to continue to take his walks while preserving his back toes and nails. They stay on better than any other sock I have tried when I use the velcro bands. The socks are not cumbersome for him to manage even with his short little legs!

The no-slip socks have made an old fearful hound able to manage hardwood and tile floors without slipping. Velcro strips keep them on, and she never tries to remove them. They wear very well. Great product!

This is our 2nd pair. The first pair wore out in about a year. Our 106 lb Golden wears them on his hind legs only and they help him quite a lot. He could care less about wearing them, never once did he take any passing notice of their presence. His main issue is getting up from a lying position and if he doesn’t have the boots on, his hind legs will be all over the place on the hard surface floors. It’s not a pretty sight. Once he is up, he will walk ok with or without the boots and he has learned to make his turns on the carpet and throw rugs we’ve placed in strategic places.
I would prefer a bottom surface that gripped just a little more than it does, but then, he’d probably be tracking in more flotsam from the back yard! The only issue that we have had was with the velcro strips. On one occasion when the dog wasn’t getting up, I realized that one strip had grabbed the strip on the opposite leg so his legs were bound together. Put the strips on so the ends are on the outside!

Yes very happy with the product. They are a little hard to get on but they generally stay on as a result without using the velcro straps. My poodle is happy enough to have them on and holds his feet up for me. He is a lot more confident on the slippery floors now. The parcel was very late to arrive and when it did the address on the parcel was washed away as if the ink had gotten wet and run. The parcel found us by post office opening the invoice enclosed that was attached to the outside of the parcel.

This was first time buying socks for my dog. I was taking a chance. I don’t regret doing so. My dog is walking better and the fit perfectly. Excellent product. She goes out and they are still in good shape. Very durable. This is a product I recommend when your dog has difficulty walking or getting up.

My 10 year old, arthritic German Shepherd’s life have been changed by these socks. She use to slip and slide on the hard wood floors causing her pain, and lack of mobility. As of now, she only wears them on her back two paws, and she’s almost a puppy again. She hasn’t fallen in over a week, and she’s regaining strength in her back legs. There was a learning curve to putting them on her, but now it’s super simple. We had to use trial and error on the strap placement due to her dragging one of her back feet from time to time but now they don’t slip or come off. These have been a miracle for my fur baby, she’s able to walk with easy throughout the house.

I love these, my cavalier was sliding on my wooden floors. Now we are both happy & she will stop at the edge of the rug waiting for you to put them on her !
