Best Non Slip Dog Socks
Please Contact Us for Sizing Assistance to Ensure the Best Fit for Your Dog
Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

This product has proven true to its claim and has been very beneficial to our aging Golden Retrievers in our all tile house. Socks occasionally come off, but that’s minor inconvenience in exchange for the major health benefits, reduced risk of expensive vet bills.

I can’t speak to the product as my dog is not cooperative enough for me to test out the product. However the customer service from Ashley McKay has been superb. She was wonderful from the beginning, giving me tips on how to put the socks on my dog. She made it a such stress free experience, and you can tell she has compassion for dogs. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

After years of trials and errors with socks and booties – and mega frustration for my older dog and myself – I finally found THE perfect socks that deliver what they promise. My 8 yr old boxer has degenerative myelopathy and has been struggling with stability and traction. I immediately noticed the difference. My dog finally stands straighter and dares to spring and trot like the typical boxers do. . Also, several reviewers commented on the great customer service and I have to echo this. From sizing advice, to order and shipping communications to post sale help to ensure the socks work – bravo!!! Highly recommend this product and company.

These socks are amazing! We have tried many other products on our 18 year old dog to help her to walk and none of them worked. It seemed like she was nearing the end of her life because she was falling, crying and having accidents so often, but with these shoes she is walking all over the house! We also ordered too big a size the first time, and the customer service was beyond anything I expected in helping us get the right fit.
Thank you so much grippers, you have changed our world! I think Danky may have another 18 years in her now 😉

My 14 year old Labradoodle was having a lot of difficulty in our wood and tile floors. With grippers he gets up easily and walks confidently. We started with just the back paws and a week later tried the front. They really have impacted his sweet life!

They have worked wonderful. My 100lb 10 yr. old GSD sliced the pad on his rear right foot. In order for him to heal he had to have it bandaged whenever he went outside and I had to put the gripper over the bandage! Kept bandage from getting wet and worked well on our around the block walks. His foot is almost healed and now he just wears the gripper to go out. He keeps it on and I feel if he starts having trouble getting up and down on the tile, I will be able to start with placing them on just his hind feet. Eventually we may have to go to all 4 on the tile, but for now he is
good. My Vet loved them!!

I purchased these socks because my aging golden doodle was having slipping issues on hardwood and tile floors. What a life saver. Once she became accustomed to having me put them on her back paws, she regained her confidence and I no longer worried that she would injure herself. Thank you! Great product and has held up quite well.

Frazier is an 80 pound male boxer with a blown knee. The grippers are great for when he is inside and gets wound up. He took to them easily and only walks a little funny when wearing them. Definitely a good choice.

Very good for my dog who has hip dysplasia and is 14 years old . Although I may have bought a size too small they still helped her from constantly slipping on my hard wood floor. So I ordered the next size extra large so that they fit her front paws better . Thanks for a good dog sock

Hi Cathy,
I am very sorry to hear that. I would like to double check the sizing because they should fit snug like a glove and with the right fit should not interfere with how your dog walks. This is the reason I love socks so much because they feel natural to dogs versus shoes, but fit is super important. If they are too big and there is too much space in the paw area then they can make walking difficult especially on stairs. If you could contact us with your dog’s breed, weight and paw width I’d be happy to double check that you have the best size.
Thanks
Ann-Marie
