Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

I bought these for my aging dog to help her with the stairs. The first trip downstairs she fell down several stairs, she just sort of dove. I took them off immediately. They are nice quality and in sure they worked for many dogs, but not mine.

Sorry to hear, but if they are not staying on I can almost guarantee it is a sizing issue. With the right fit our socks can be life changing. Can you please let us know your dog’s breed, weight and paw width (measured while your dog is standing) so we can confirm the best size?

My poodle is 13 years old and has a weak hind quarters. These are wonderful! I tried another brand that was worthless. Buy a size larger than you think. That way they have room for their nails.

Love these! I have them now sooner than I thought for my 8-year-old Golden. She had back surgery that has made her a little incontinent at times. Our 15 1/2-year-old golden used these the last 8 months of her life. When our 8-year-old needed them I knew exactly where to purchase more. I will say the ones that I bought recently are not as gathered and hold in #2 as the first order we placed back in April of 2017.

This is the second time I’ve bought these socks for my dogs! And they are wonderful! They have a non slip sole so the dogs don’t slip on hardwood or tile floors and they are pretty easy to put on! I mainly use them for walking them outside to keep their feet clean since they own my furniture around the house……Lol!! They lasted a few years although I don’t use them everyday but they got plenty of wear and tear walking them on the concrete so I was very happy with them! Just make sure your dogs nails are clipped and not long because sometimes they can poke through the sock and make a hole in them if you’re not careful while putting them on!! I would definitely recommend these socks for indoor and outdoor use and I would buy them again and again! Plus the price is great!!

These are a quality product and I really wish we could use them. Unfortunately the largest size doesn’t fit my pup’s big feet! I would buy definitely buy these again if there were a larger size.

When they arrived, I was sceptical because they looked TINY but in fact they are perfect. Easy to pull over his feet when you stretch them first. They stay on perfectly although, AS ADVERTISED, they are slippery on ice and snow. But I put snow boots on over top of these and this works perfectly. It’s early days but I’m hoping they last at least one season. I ordered the replacement velcro straps but to be honest, I’m not sure what they’re for.
