Best Non Slip Dog Socks
Please Contact Us for Sizing Assistance to Ensure the Best Fit for Your Dog
Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

Hi Shari,
Thanks for your comments. The Velcro should not have to be placed tight to keep the socks on so that is a good indicator that we may need to adjust the size you are using. The socks do stretch which is why we try and ensure people get a nice snug fit otherwise what does fit initially may stretch and become too big to be effective. Also the best placement for that Velcro is mid-way down on the socks and not up at the top. If you could send us info about your dog’s breed, weight and paw width we would be happy to double check the size. Also any photos of your dog wearing the socks would also be helpful.
Thanks again
Ann-Marie

Quick shipping- good quality- sizing chart available- grip looses “ grip” easily once dusty and the sock won’t stay up on my pups leg. Iv put the Velcro as tight as possible without being dangerous and they still fall. They do help when they are clean and first put on with legs slipping out from underneath senior pup.

My 15 year old lab mix has been wearing the Grippers almost every day for over a month now, I only use them on the back feet and take them off every night so his feet can “breathe”. Before Grippers, his back legs would slip out from under him and he had a hard time keeping his balance. With Grippers, he is more stable and doesn’t slide. They are light and he acts like he doesn’t even notice them. I would recommend this for a less than stable dog.

My boxer has DM and uses a wheelchair for walks. He isn’t down in the back yet, so he is walking while in the wheels. It has been 7 days since we 1st started using these…no rips or holes and they haven’t fallen off once! We have been walking a minimum of 3 times a day on grass, concrete and in the road. Highly recommend these! They are like a regular sock dipped into a flexible rubber that surrounds the entire paw.
Thank you for a great gripper sock and a great price!

I bought the largest sock they had and it fits my 110 pyredoodle well. However, the elastic band makes it very hard to get them on. They stay on once I’m able to get them on, but it’s not easy.

They give her great grip but they fall right off. I had to exchange for the correct size and the customer service was excellent. Too bad the new ones don’t stay up either!

I returned the first pairs because they seemed to large for our German Shepherds even though I used the fitting process provided.
The replacement pairs are TIGHT and though they seem to tight, they keep twisting and eventually come off.
The concept is great and our dogs could use them on the new floor but unfortunately they just don’t work for us.
