Best Non Slip Dog Socks
Please Contact Us for Sizing Assistance to Ensure the Best Fit for Your Dog
Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

Pros:
Socks are indoor-outdoor
Socks are made so that there is still good traction even if they twist.
Suggestions for improvement:
Since these are intended to help dogs who twist their socks (my dog has an abnormal gait and twists socks/boots no matter what!), it would be good if they were made like tube socks (symmetrical all around) instead of shaped. When the socks twist, because they are slightly shaped, they fit funny.
Velcro closures would be nice, since my dog’s abnormal gait tends to cause one of the socks to pull off, so he ends up walking on the “sock” part and not the waterproof part.
No matter how I try, I cannot get even the largest size on my dog’s front feet. I wish there were one size larger, and maybe that you could buy a set two socks at a time.

I received these socks this week and I cannot believe how much my thirteen year old Shih Tzu can walk with these. She has had hip problems for three years and spends most of her time lying down or slipping when she walks. I wish I had found these three years ago. We are amazed watching her walk, stand up and even run for her supper. Wonderful Product and Great Service from Dogquality.com too.

Received my Grippers and now I can walk on the Kitchen and hall tile without falling. It makes it so easy to get up when I am on the tile.
I had to have knee surgery because I slipped on the tile and tore up my knee.
I love them and now my Poppie and Mommie does not have to worry about me when I get in the kitchen or down the hall.
I would recommend these to any of my doggie friends no matter whether they are old or young. They work great.

Manila turns 15 this month but she received her present early. Manila LOVES her new Grippers. She has so much more mobility on our hardwood floors and the kitchen tiles (her favorite place to be). Even our 6 year old Golden Retriever seems to want his own Grippers! DogQuality has been tremendous with customer support. After ordering the wrong size, I returned the order for an exchange a size up. They communicated promptly and now I have a happy, happy dog. Thank you for your kindness. We love the dog socks!

I have a Aussiedoodle who broke her leg before we got her at 8 weeks. We got her at 13 weeks. Found out and long story short our amazing puppy had to get the leg amputated. Now I tried other boots for her back leg. She only has one and in our house it is slippery (hardwood). Our puppy is a puppy again and her leg is so much stronger. She runs and plays inside. We only use it when at home with her.she does not need it in the house. I wish I had this product for my old boarder collie when she had troubles on the floor. Great product ordering more now.

My 15 year old pug loves to play fetch and tug of war with his toys. Only problem is that he slips and falls, like on a Slip ‘n Slide, playing on our hardwood floors. It hurts my heart to see him flopping around trying to play especially with his arthritis. We use the XS Grippers on his hind feet and he is able to move about the wood floors like a car from slippery brakes to working brakes.
We’ve had booties in the past that velcro around the ankles and we hated them! They would fall off as soon as I put them on, he walked awkwardly in them, outdoor debris like little pebbles would get caught in them. It got to a point were my pug would hide if he saw them.
My pug still prefers the **** but he definitely does not struggle or fight to get his Grippers on. They stay on his feet while he is tromping around on the wood floors and sidewalks. However they do fall off when he is moving about to snuggle on the couch or on his dog bed. Although his front paws are too big for the XS size it has been great to have the extra pair when his Gripper goes missing in the couch cushions and blankets.
I have done much research on dog socks/booties and these are currently the best product out there on the market. Thank you Dog Quality for these fantastic socks that have given my senior dog an improved quality of home life!!!

These booties changed my 12 yr old shepherds whole attitude. She can walk on the wood floors without her back legs sliding out from under her. Her self-confidence is through the roof, it’s wonderful to see. Thank you.

These boots are great in theory, because they do have traction all around, unlike all the other booties, so if they spin there’s still traction. But as someone said above, they’ll spin no matter what, because dogs have tiny “ankles,” no matter how big their paws are. Unfortunately, in addition to spinning, these came off my dog (English Setter) within 15 minutes, and yes, we have the right size–any smaller and they wouldn’t fit his paw. I’ve tried EVERYthing out there, and although these are better than most, they still won’t work. (The only thing I’ve had success with are the Pawz all-rubber booties. They never come off, or spin; but unfortunately, since they’re all rubber, they cause sweaty, stinky paws.)
Dog Quality response – have you approached us with this issue? We can also provide velcro straps for those dogs that have trouble keeping them on. Most dogs do not need them but every dog is different.

Our 11 year old pudelpointer is finally able to get enough grip in a safe way to get to standing after lying on the cork floor, and she can get grip on the floor to climb onto the couch! as well as climb down from the couch. She looked like bambi before the grippers, legs sliding out from under her, and we were really worried about the stairs. Now she has confidence and even waits to have them put on.
She hasnt chewed them. However we let her feet dry off completely before putting boots on, when she has been out in the snow. She does like to lick her feet so she is given time to do that as well. I think we will get her nails clipped a bit shorter too, to make putting on the grippers a bit easier.
Thank you so much for making this product.
