Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

These socks are wonderful, they have improved my 16 1/2 year old schnauzer’s life dramatically. Her head is strong but her legs are not. We have hardwood floors and her hind legs slip out from under her. She knows when we put them on, she’ll be able to chase her younger schnauzer brother around the house. The coating being on top and bottom is great because occasionally they do turn over on her foot but she can still grip. Makes me so happy to see her happy!! Thank you!

I have an almost 17 year old chow mix with severe arthritis and a house with no carpet. Due to her fiercely independent attitude she didn’t like being lifted and carried outside or to the dog bed. I lost countless nights of sleep being awoken by her scratching the floors trying to get up to get to the water bowl. Now, she is enjoying her independence and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep. I will now get to enjoy every minute with my wonderful Goldie!!

having bought my old boy(lab) some socks after an operation on his front leg caused nerve damage to his back legs resulting in him now being unable to walk straight. I found the socks didn’t quite fit as excepted . I contacted Carol on customer service and she promptly e mailed back asking for more info, pics etc . I seems my boy was somewhere in between the large and XL due to his weight maybe so she kindly offered to send the larger pair. The socks are of good quality and I’m sure the bigger ones will be better when the arrive

Sorry to hear but I am very confident we can resolve. Can you please send us a photo of your dog wearing the socks so we can assess fit and make a recommendation? We have helped thousands of dogs with our socks and the difference they can make is truly amazing but fit is super important. All socks twist but what we say and why our socks are so great is that even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need because our grip covers the entire paw. In fact the twisting is why we created a design that covers the whole paw. But we can reduce the twisting with a proper fit. Our main goal is to help dogs so I really hope you will allow us to assist.

I purchased three different sizes and they all failed. The gripper socks constantly sagged to the point that they would fall off.
Website states that the socks will not get twisted around. That was also false. Within 5 minutes the socks will get twisted and eventually fall off.
The socks were cheap, but they are not a cure all, and you will get what you paid for.

Seeing my girl falling on our hardwood to the point that she would no longer walk on anything other than carpet broke my heart. I wasn’t sure if these socks would help but they transformed her. Not only does she now have the grip to keep her safe, but her confidence is back and she now walks all over the house safely.

This company is great. They were very helpful with my questions. The socks also helped my tripawd dog walk much better on hardwood floors. They do twist on his feet, but since the flexible rubber goes all the way around, it was no big deal.

Really disappointed in these grippers especially since I’m an international customer. I wasn’t even sent any personal customer notes with my order to say thanks. It also says that every purchase that is made you get a free set of 4 Velcro strap. I didn’t receive these. My grippers wouldnt stay on him. I’m not sure if it was size?

These grippers are awesome! Each morning I wake up I have Dash, 11 years old, lie down and he gives me his paws so I can wear him his grippers. He just loves them. No more slipping and unstable when he jumps of his chair. He’s running and jumping again as before. A must buy!
