Best Non Slip Dog Socks
Please Contact Us for Sizing Assistance to Ensure the Best Fit for Your Dog
Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

I would buy them again if he would wear them! He keeps taking them off, even with the velcro.

This product worked very well on the tile floors keeping my dog from slipping. She was have problems with her back legs and refused to walk on the tile. After I put those on her and showed her she could do it, she gained the confidence she needed. The biggest problem was it’s winter where we live. Going outside with them on seemed to be an even bigger chore with her sliding on the snow and ice. I found that taking them on and off proved to be more of a job than it was worth. I think I would have rated them higher if it was not for her going outside so often.

I think they are a great idea, however I measured according to site and believe they are too small. I can manage to get them on but she will not walk with them-I think they are uncomfortable for her. My reason for purchase was for rear feet as shehas degenerate neuropathy as well as bad knees and struggle getting her feet under her and lifting up.

My dog has bad hips, he has a hard time getting up on the hardwood floor. The rubber grippers help him a little bit

I believe the socks are the right size for our dog and they keep his feet from sliding out when he tries to stand on the tile or hardwood floors. It took 3-4 tries to find the best way to get them on. The video with the jar definitely helped. Also, when fitting the sock on the jar, be sure to position the white emblem on the sock so it ends up on the front of the foot. My very sensitive and very large yellow lab still managed to retract his feet in such a way that the socks needed to be repositioned so that the non-skid sole was covering his foot adequately and I needed to be careful of threads getting caught on his side claw. Definitely recommend using the velcro around the “ankle”; it sticks amazingly well even when fur covered.socks especially on the back paws, would occasionally slide down even with the velcro but mostly stayed on well.

They are not well designed, not well made, and wear out quickly…. I would have paid twice as much for a quality product…

These socks were awesome for our 16-year old dog. She’d been having lots of trouble walking on hardwood floors and had fallen a few times, and having these non slip socks help us feel better about her stability when we aren’t at home. Previously her back legs were very shaky while while trying to support her weight, but this has improved a lot as she doesn’t have to stop herself from sliding. The only issue we’ve had so far is getting the velcro on in a way that prevents them from sliding down, as she sometimes will step on them and pull them off when this happens. Right now our best solution is to fold the tops of the socks over the velcro after we have put them on.

They are working well and help my dog a lot. I read reviews and bought 2 different sizes, since his front feet are much larger. It works great.
