Best Non Slip Dog Socks
Please Contact Us for Sizing Assistance to Ensure the Best Fit for Your Dog
Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

These dog grip socks have been great. Sabah took to them really quickly, and they helped her to grip much better at a relative’s house, who have the slipperiest wood floors I’ve ever known. We just put the socks on her back paws, as her front legs are still quite strong, but she suffers from hip dysplasia and arthritis in her back legs. She is able to stand up and walk much more confidently, and despite being a little difficult to get on to begin with, they stay put very well with the Velcro provided, and didn’t seem to bother Sabah at all, even when we first tried them. We take the socks off when she goes outside, as they stay wet for a long time, and leave them off at night to let the dog’s feet “breathe” a bit. DogQuality were really helpful with finding the correct size (XL for an average size Golden Retriever), and responded very rapidly to a Facebook message. I would highly recommend these for any dog who slips on hard floors, especially dogs with joint problems/weakness who struggle to stand up.

We received the socks in a very timely manner. Thank you for sending both the extra large and large because we were not sure of her size. We put the extra large on her; the large was too small because the toes on her front paws, especially, splay out. We did not put on the velcro strips. After a short time, the socks became loose and we took them off. We have been very busy, but we intend to try them on again using the velcro strips. We will also donate the size large socks to a dog rescue group.

These booties have helped our 14 year old lab so much. She had complications from knee surgery and was having trouble walking on the hardwood floors.

I bought 2 pairs of the XL socks for my doberman. He is 95 lbs and very hyper / active for an 8 year old at that time. These stayed on all the while he was going super speed running around on my new wood floors. These provided my dog confidence navigating around on hard surfaces while protecting my wood floors from scratches. Love these. I wanted to order more on 1/04/2017, but you guys are out of stock of the XL size. I’ll have to visit back later.

I bought these for our 14 year old ‘pup’ who was having trouble getting around on hardwood floors. I based my purchase on reviews(!) and also because I like to support Canadian companies whenever possible. Best ever purchase! Our Louie is so happy with his boots. He sits patiently while we put them on, then has a little rip around the house, because he can! I take them off at night to allow his feet to breathe, otherwise they stay on. Our vet was so impressed with these. Note: as Dog Quality suggests, be sure to remove them before you let your dog out on snow as traction is reduced.

My 12 year old boxer is literally on her last legs. Your grippers are giving her mobility she would not be able to enjoy without them. Thank you for your outstanding product

Great product for my old Aussie. Shipping from Canada isn’t Amason Prime fast but great product for a fair price. On my second set of 4 in 6 months…not bad but only using for his back paw so plan on replacing more quickly if using for all 4 paws at once. Wash and dry for almost brand new several occasions prior needing to replace.

Our 18 year old rescue border collie mix finds it increasing difficult to get to his feet on the hardwood floors. These aide greatly. A little tough getting on but that keeps them from slipping off so easily.

My experience could not have been better! My pup is 17 and has been having a hard time with her back legs and the tile floors, these grips have helped tremedously! She is much more confident and has been so much more mobile. The Velcro straps make all the difference with staying on the paw correctly and the grips held up well in the regular wash. Ann-Marie helped me with finding the right size for my pup when I ordered the wrong size. I measured incorrectly and thought my dogs paw was larger than it actually was. Ann-Marie even sent me two other sizes just to be sure my girl had the best fit and asked that I donate the others that I did not need to a local shelter. I know that I will be purchasing from Dog Quality again in the future as well as telling everyone I know how great the service is! Thank you!

My 17 year old dog couldn’t go up or down our wooden stairs anymore from fear of falling down. I had begun to carry her… things were definitely going downhill. After finding Grippers on the internet, my carrying days are over and Sadie’s tail is wagging again.
