Grippers™, a Dog Quality product; are non-slip dog socks which give your older dog the traction they need on slippery indoor surfaces such as tile or hardwood. An innovative design provides a grip around the entire paw so even if the socks twist, your dog will continue to have the traction they need. 4 socks per set.
The soft rubber coating creates a waterproof barrier so these dog socks can also be worn outdoors. No more having to take the traction socks on and off each time your dog goes outside. *Please note: Due to the rubber coating Grippers do not provide traction on snow or ice therefore we do not recommend using them in winter conditions.
Both weight and paw measurements are very important in determining the correct size. If your dog does not match the weight category for his paw size, please contact us for sizing assistance. When measuring width please have your dog standing (if possible) and measure flat across the top of the paw at the widest point – please do not measure down the sides. Alternatively, you can have your dog standing on a piece of paper and then mark both sides of the paw and measure the distance between these marks. If your dog is 60 lbs or more we recommend going up one size from where the width lines up with our sizing.
It is difficult for dogs with arthritis and other mobility challenges to remain stable on tile and hardwood and can often fall very hard on these unforgiving floors, so Grippers are a great way to help stabilize them and keep them safely on their feet. More comfortable than dog shoes or dog boots and more protective than regular dog socks, Grippers represent a step forward in dog footwear.

They worked so well for the times they were on, but they never stayed on for long and they are not easy to put on. We stopped trying unfortunately and gave up.

The grippers do help my dog on hardwood. When I first got them I used them without the velcro but occasionally one would come off. So I started using the velcro, which helps to keep them on but it pulls on the threads. I worry that the grippers will get very ragged.

We really liked them. Not sure how much Angel likes them, but they do help her manage the hardwood floors/stairs. For the most part, the smaller size worked very well, they have only come off once since she received the smaller size. They are great. Thank you!

We have been using these on slick floors bc our Labrador can no longer get up or grip on slick floors. We kept them on for outdoor walks on pavement which was a mistake. They really only hold up for indoor use and light outdoor use. We tried shoes but he ended up with horrific blisters so we are sticking with these socks! Just wish the rubber coating was a little bit thicker, other than that they are GREAT ?

Customer Service, surpassed any expectations I could have ever dreamed of! Not only did I completely bungle my order, wrong size, etc. They were beyond gracious, helping me make a return/exchange, and then they kept in close contact with me..and it is a good thing they did! Their product is a level of perfection, and I am happy to say that I was really worried they would hate wearing anything on their feet…yes, it took about 3 minutes for them to resign themselves to wearing them! Now, after just a few minutes longer each time I put them on…You would not even know notice they were wearing them, since they run, jump, and spin with ease in their little grippers! Saving my new hardwood floors in the process!
